The Six Month Guide to Eating Plant-Based is divided into 10 phases. Each phase has a duration of 1-4 weeks, provides nutritional guidelines you’ll use to grocery shop, and comes with 1 completed meal plan. After the first week of each phase, you are responsible for creating you own meal plans.
